Oxyzen Wellness has opened at Churchgate Mews, offering guided hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions in a welcoming local setting.

Founded by local optometrist Kazim Bhojani, Oxyzen grew from his personal interest in oxygen therapy, rest and recovery. After fatigue and disrupted sleep left him feeling foggy and depleted, his own experience with hyperbaric sessions inspired him to make the technology available locally.

What is hyperbaric
oxygen therapy?

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves breathing oxygen in a chamber as pressure gradually rises above normal atmospheric pressure. The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood plasma and reach your body's tissues and organs.

Choose a lying-down or seated chamber. Rest, read or even work while breathing oxygen in a calm, comfortable setting. We guide you through the experience.

Every visit starts with a conversation about your goals. We'll discuss your needs, answer your questions and explain what to expect before you begin.

Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes. As the pressure gradually changes, you may notice temporary fullness or a gentle popping in your ears. We'll explain simple ways to help you adjust and guide you throughout.
